How does KramAI generate study materials?
Paste your notes, type content, or scan handwritten pages. KramAI sends your text to Google's Gemini AI, which generates flashcards, quizzes, summaries, study plans, or simplified explanations based on your content.
What types of content can I use?
Any study material works — textbook excerpts, lecture notes, handwritten pages (via camera scan), article text, or your own typed notes. KramAI works best with clear, focused content on a specific topic.
How does spaced repetition work?
KramAI uses the SM-2 algorithm to schedule flashcard reviews at optimal intervals. Cards you find difficult appear more frequently, while easy cards are spaced further apart. This scientifically-proven method helps you remember more with less study time.
What's included in the free version?
Free users get 5 AI generations per month and can create up to 2 subjects. Once study materials are generated, you can review flashcards, take quizzes, and use the Pomodoro timer unlimited times.
Is my data stored in the cloud?
No. All your study materials, flashcards, quizzes, and study history are stored locally on your device. We do not have a cloud backend and cannot access your data.
How do I manage my subscription?
Go to your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions to view, change, or cancel your KramAI Pro subscription. You can also restore purchases from the Settings tab within the app.
I purchased Pro but it's not showing up
Go to Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. This will sync your subscription status with Apple. If the issue persists, contact us below.
Can I use KramAI without AI features?
AI generation requires accepting the AI data consent when you first open the app. If you decline, AI features will be disabled. You can change this at any time in Settings.
